#1.  A seller had his property appraised at $479,900. The Sales Associate competing for this new listing used the Award Listing® worksheet resource. The worksheet does all the work, speaks for itself convincing the seller to make the best decisions. The Associate was able to list the property for $399,900 with a commission of 7% and a $2,500 award to the qualified showing associates.
#2.  As a listing was about to expire, the seller contemplated changing real estate companies. Once the sales associate introduced the Award Listing® program, the seller re-listed the property, lowered the price from $649,900 to $599,900, raised the commission from 5% to 6%, and offered an award of 1/2% of the sale price to the qualified showing associates.
#3.  A new lake home was listed for $779,000 with a 5% commission. After being converted to an Award Listing®, the commission was raised to 6%, the price was lowered to $729,900 and an award of $3,000 was offered as part of the program to be divided equally and paid to the qualified showing associates after closing.
