Charter Members Enrollment is Free!!!
Follow these simple instructions for free enrollment:
1. Read the agreement and check yes to agree.
2. Complete the Contact and Enrollment Information to be listed in the Network link to your web site. Submit on line.

3. Confirmation will be emailed back to you.

Charter Members, Enrollment Agreement
The named Real Estate Office: ____________________________________________________ is authorized by this Enrollment Agreement herein to be designated as an Award Listing® Charter Member Office, with participation and use of the Award Listing® program and resources. Each Charter Member Office agrees to the following:
1. The Award Listing® Network is defined as a Network of Award Listing® Member Offices utilizing the Award Listing® program and resources made available by permission from the Award Listing® program authorization. Network Members are listed on http://www.awardlistings.com/members.html Members map directory linked to their office, and listings.
2. All literature, forms, and signs in connection with the Award Listing® program are to be approved or supplied by the Award Listing® representative.
3. Not to duplicate, share, or participate in any similar plan, development, or concept which may copy or use the words or similar words and phrases being used in the Award Listing® program and resources without specific approval of the Award Listing® authorized representative.
4. Any violation of this or any other agreement between the parties herein may, at the discretion of the Award Listing® authorized representative, result in forfeiture of the above said authorized designation as well as forfeiture of any participation and use of the Award Listing® program and resources and of any payment or payments made thereof.
5. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created herein between Award Listing® and Member Office by this agreement or terms, nor by any other agreement or terms not mentioned herein.
Annual renewal fees are $375.00 for a single office location or $750.00 for two or more unlimited locations within the same market area defined as city limits, local board, zip code, or area code. Failure to pay said renewal fees each year results in forfeiture of any and all monies paid previously as well as forfeiture of all rights and privileges afforded in this Charter Member Office Agreement. The renewal fee may be modified every third year limited to no increase beyond the then current charges of members of similar sized office or offices.
