1) Seller agrees to participate…To be Identified as Motivated, willing to Sell at market value or less, and pay a $Award to be Shown to Certified Buyers and receive their Feedback…
2) The $Award (minus the Administration fee to the Office) is divided and Paid at closing to all participating qualified Showing Associates (regardless if they made the $ell), and to the Associate making the $ell in Addition to the regular $ales Commission…
