Award Listings® are Motivated Sellers… Willing to sell at market value or less… Wanting their property to be Shown and receive feedback from Certified Buyers who are looking and feel qualified in the listed price range of their property…

The Listing Associate identifies and qualifies sellers as Award Listings® candidates.
The Listing Associate assists the seller in deciding to participate as an Award Listing®, to be identified as motivated, selling at market value or less.
The seller also allocates a Bonus $$ Award for Showing and receiving feedback from Certified Buyers who are looking and feel qualified in the listed price range of their property…

The now listed property being identified as an Award Listings® give Sales Associates and enhanced opportunity to sell the property to qualified buyers.

Sales Associates that wish to participate in the program must qualify individuals, that view the property, by completing the Buyer Registration and Feedback Form (sales associate button on the menu) and return to the listing associates office.
The bonus $$Award (less the administration fee) is divided and paid upon closing to participating qualified showing associates regardless if they made the sell, and to the associate making the sell in addition to the regular sales commission.
